Staying on a farm there’s always plenty to see and do.
There are signed footpaths around the meadows to help you to see and understand what’s happening in our farming year. There are sheep and cattle – which means that there are lambs and calves too at certain times.
There are swings in the trees and seats by the ponds. Sit still and watch the barn owls swoop past.
You can set out on a trail to identify native british wildflowers, grasses and herbs, there are over 250 named so far.
If you’d like to discover the wild in you then you are welcome to gather wood and make your own fire to sit round. All you need to supply is your own fireside stories!
